Terms of Use

Last updated: 4 November 2026

By creating an account or using Socià you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Socià

You must be 18 or over, and able to enter a binding agreement. You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure. One person, one account.

How to behave

You must follow our Community Guidelines (see Help & FAQ). In short: be yourself, be respectful, keep it appropriate, and don't harass, threaten, scam, spam or sell to other members. Don't share other people's private information. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own the photos and text you post. You give us a licence to store and show them to other members as part of Socià, so the app can work. You promise you have the right to post them.

Meeting people safely

Socià helps people meet, but we can't check everyone's identity or intentions, and we don't run background checks. You are responsible for what you do and who you meet. Please read our Safety centre and meet in public places. Report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.

Premium subscriptions

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put people at risk.

Things we can't promise

Socià is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that you will meet anyone, that other members' profiles are accurate, or that the service will always be available or error-free. Venues, hours and events come from third parties and may be out of date.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what members do, online or in person.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. If you keep using Socià after that, you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [country or state]. Courts in [place] can hear disputes, though you may have rights to bring a claim where you live.
